“Modern” used without “Bright” is 1.3x as likely to receive a favorite - still good, but using it with “Bright” improves performance.

Descriptions using “Copper plumbing” and “Bright” perform extremely well, as they are 3.2 times as likely to receive a favorite.

Picture windows:

“Picture windows” are a feature that should certainly be highlighted in “Bright” descriptions, as these descriptions are over 3 times as likely to be high engagement descriptions. “Picture windows” and “Bright” are yet another example of how combinations of words can improve performance. Descriptions using “Picture windows” without “Bright” are 2.5 times as likely to receive a favorite. Including “Bright” along with this feature significantly improves performance.
